1. About Sited

Sited is an AI visibility audit service operated by Everyday AI (Jay Johnson). By using Sited, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Sited provides two tiers of service:

• Free infographic - an AI Visibility snapshot generated from your website URL and shown on-page at no charge.
• Full report ($50 USD) - a comprehensive AI Visibility audit made available as PDF and Markdown downloads after payment.

3. Payment

The full report is priced at $50 USD as a one-time payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorise us to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

Discount codes may be applied at checkout where valid. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Refund policy

Because your full report is generated immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once the report is available to download.

If you experience a technical issue with your report (e.g. download not available, generation error), contact us at jojlondon@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

5. What you receive

Your full report covers AI visibility across the following platforms: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, and Bing Copilot. Reports are generated using AI analysis of your publicly accessible website and are provided for informational purposes.

Results reflect the state of your website at the time of the audit. Sited does not guarantee any specific outcome or improvement in AI visibility as a result of reading or acting on the report.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use Sited only for lawful purposes. You must only submit URLs for websites you own or have authorisation to audit. You may not use Sited to audit websites you do not have permission to analyse.

7. Intellectual property

Your report is yours to use, share, and act on. The Sited platform, branding, and methodology remain the property of Everyday AI. You may not resell or redistribute Sited reports as your own product or service.

8. Limitation of liability

Sited is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everyday AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your report.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of Sited after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
